Stomp Under Foot pedals are designed to run only on:

• 9V battery
• Standard 9V DC center-negative regulated adapter

Using any other power source (12V, 18V, AC, reversed polarity, or incorrect voltage) will void the warranty.

Quality power supplies I have personally used with Stomp Under Foot pedals include Truetone One Spot, Strymon, Cioks, and Voodoo Lab Pedal Power.

Multi-output or selectable-voltage supply need to be set to 9V.

Stomp Under Foot pedals include a Limited Lifetime Warranty with original proof of purchase from Stomp Under Foot or an authorized dealer.

The warranty covers electronic component failures.

The warranty does not cover:

• Use of an incorrect power supply
• Tampering or attempted repair
• Modifications or alterations
• Normal wear items such as switches, jacks, pots, and knobs (unless faulty when new)

Out-of-warranty service rates:

• $75 bench fee (includes the first hour of diagnostic and repair time and return shipping within the United States) 
• $60 per additional hour, plus the cost of any required parts

Most repairs are completed within the first hour.

Damage caused by incorrect power supplies is not covered under warranty and will be billed at the standard repair rate.

If a pedal is inspected and no issue is found, the bench fee still applies for testing and diagnostic time.

Customers are responsible for shipping the pedal to Stomp Under Foot.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Many pedals sent in for repair are fully functional. Most issues are caused by cables, power supplies, or pedal-chain problems.

Before sending a pedal in:

• Test the pedal alone (guitar → pedal → amp)
• Try both a 9V battery and a 9V adapter
• Try different instrument and patch cables
• Confirm your power supply is isolated if noise is present

If sending a pedal for service, please include:

• Reason for repair
• Return address
• Email address
• Proof of purchase
• Tracking number

Stomp Under Foot is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Signature delivery is available upon request before purchase.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

There are no refunds or exchanges on pedals.
