One of the most interesting discoveries I have made over the years is a rare Triangle transition pedal that bridges the Triangle and Ram's Head eras, possibly extending into early 1973 production. These transition circuits are very close to the early Ram's Head versions, including the Violet, Blue, and Black circuits, with slight capacitor differences that give them a warmer, fuller tone. They remain some of my all-time favorite Big Muff circuits.
V16: A true transition into the 1973 Ram's Head era. Similar in voice to the early Violet, Blue, and Black versions, it has a bit more low end and an exceptionally balanced, harmonically rich fuzz.
V17: Nearly identical to V16, with a slight change in the gain structure that isn't noticeable with the sustain maxed out, but cleans up just a littlemore when rolled back.
